Community Worship

January 22, 2026

"The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands" Psalm 19:1

We’re kicking off our Centennial year with a special outdoor worship community celebration this Sunday. You don’t want to miss this exciting day of worship, where we will gather all the ministries to share messages, music, and food. Worship starts at 10 am and continues until 2:00 or so. We’ll break for a free lunch around noon. Expect to hear English, Hebrew, Creole, and Spanish throughout the day. A taste of Pentecost!

Dress comfortably and accordingly. The weather forecast looks great: partly cloudy with a high in the mid-eighties with a nice breeze. There will be some shade early in the morning but expect some full sunshine later in the day.

Chairs will be set up for worship, tents with tables and chairs for lunch. There will even be fun games for all. You are free to come and go all day long. This is a great event to invite others to come with you!

Each ministry will have about a half hour to share some music and a message; see schedule:

Psalm 19:1 reminds us that the vast beauty and intricate design of creation are meant to point us to our divine Creator. From the glory of a sunrise, to the intricate cloud formations, we can see God’s power, wisdom, and presence at work in this world.

This Sunday, as we gather, let’s pause to take it all in. Take time to open your eyes and ears, observe the world God has given us, and our place in it. As we worship, let’s offer up our praise and thanksgiving to God for all His handiwork and share that Good News to everyone around us!

In Christ;
Pastor Dan
